Rich and creamy Indian curry made with tender chicken pieces cooked in a spiced tomato and butter sauce.

    In a bowl, mix chicken cubes with yogurt, ginger garlic paste, and garam masala.

    Let the chicken marinate for at least 15 minutes.

    Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add chicken and sear until browned, about 5-6 minutes. Remove chicken and set aside.

    In the same pan, melt the remaining butter. Add tomato puree and simmer for 5-8 minutes until slightly thickened.

    Add the chicken back to the pan along with the heavy cream. Stir well to combine.

    Simmer gently for another 5-10 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce is creamy.
