Recipeok grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:
To use Recipeok, you must register using Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities that occur under your account.
Recipeok offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed according to the cycle you select (monthly or annually). Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods, except where required by law.
The Recipeok service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Recipeok and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Recipe content may be sourced from third-party providers and is subject to their respective terms.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Recipeok shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
