Classic Indian dish consisting of roasted marinated chicken chunks in a spiced curry sauce.

In a bowl, mix chicken cubes with yogurt, cumin, and half of the garam masala.

Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

Preheat broiler or grill. Cook chicken skewers or pieces for 10-15 minutes until charred.

In a separate pot, simmer tomato puree with remaining spices for 10 minutes.

Stir in the heavy cream and add the cooked chicken pieces.

Simmer for another 5 minutes and serve hot over basmati rice.
