Pan-seared chicken swimming in a rich Parmesan cream sauce with spinach and sun-dried tomatoes.

    Season chicken with salt, pepper, and italian seasoning.

    Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken for 3-5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

    In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.

    Add chicken broth and deglaze the pan.

    Reduce heat to medium-low. Add heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.

    Stir in spinach and sun-dried tomatoes, and simmer for 2-3 minutes until spinach wilts.

    Stir in parmesan cheese until melted and sauce thickens.

    Return chicken to the pan and spoon the sauce over it.
