A classic Cuban sandwich pressed with layers of roast pork, ham, Swiss cheese, pickles, and mustard on Cuban bread.

Slice the Cuban bread pieces in half horizontally.

Spread mustard generously on both cut sides of the bread.

Layer about 2 oz ham, 2 oz roasted pork, 2 slices Swiss cheese, and pickle slices on the bottom half of each sandwich. Close with the top half.

Spread butter on the top crust of the sandwiches.

Place sandwiches in a sandwich press or large skillet over medium heat. Press down with a heavy weight if using a skillet.

Cook for 4-5 minutes per side until bread is golden and cheese is melted.
