Juicy pan-fried pork and cabbage dumplings with a crispy bottom and tender wrapper.

    Gather and prepare all ingredients as specified in the ingredient list.

    Combine ground pork, chopped cabbage, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, and green onions in a bowl.

    Mix until sticky.

    Place a teaspoon of filling in the center of a wrapper.

    Moisten the edges with water and pleat to seal.

    Heat oil in a pan.

    Fry the dumplings flat-side down until golden brown from the bottom.

    Add 1/4 cup of water to the pan and cover immediately.

    Steam for 3-4 minutes until water evaporates and filling is cooked.

    Remove lid and cook for another minute to crisp up the bottom.
