A hearty dish made with minced lamb (kheema) and green peas (matar), cooked with aromatic spices, onions, and tomatoes.

    Heat oil in a pan. Sauté chopped onions until golden brown.

    Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for another minute.

    Add minced lamb and cook on high heat, breaking up lumps, until browned.

    Add chopped tomatoes, chili powder, garam masala, and salt. Cook until tomatoes soften.

    Stir in the green peas and a little water. Cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes until lamb is cooked and peas are tender.

    Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve with pav (bread rolls) or naan.
