    Rehydrate wakame in water for 10 minutes.

    Drain.

    Bring dashi stock to a simmer.

    Add cubed tofu and wakame.

    Turn off heat.

    Dissolve miso paste in a ladle of hot broth, then return to the pot.

    Do not boil miso.
