Popular sushi roll filled with fresh chopped tuna mixed with spicy mayo sauce and scallions.

    In a bowl, mix minced tuna, mayonnaise, sriracha, sesame oil.

    Half of the scallions.

    Place a sheet of nori on a bamboo mat.

    Spread sushi rice thinly over the nori.
