    In a large pot, bring the high-quality chicken broth to a boil. If you want a clearer broth, you can strain it through a cheesecloth first.

    Once boiling, gently lower the fresh meat tortellini into the broth.

    Reduce the heat to a simmer and cook for 3-5 minutes (or according to package instructions) until the pasta is tender and floats to the surface.

    Taste the broth and season with salt and pepper if needed. Some broths are already salty enough.

    Ladle the tortellini and broth into warm bowls.

    Serve immediately, passing a bowl of grated Parmesan cheese at the table for sprinkling.
