In a bowl, mix chicken cubes with yogurt, ginger garlic paste, and garam masala.
Let the chicken marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add chicken and sear until browned, about 5-6 minutes. Remove chicken and set aside.
