Sizzling Chicken Fajitas
Flavorful grilled chicken strips with peppers and onions, served with warm tortillas.

Slice the chicken breast into thin, even strips. Deseed and slice the red and green bell peppers, and slice the onion into strips.

In a large bowl, toss the chicken strips and vegetables with the fajita seasoning until evenly coated.

Heat a large cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat (400°F / 200°C) until hot. Add a splash of oil (if needed) and add the chicken.

Cook chicken for 5-6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned and cooked through (internal temperature 165°F / 74°C). Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the peppers and onions. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are charred and tender-crisp.

Return the chicken to the skillet and toss to combine and heat through.

Warm the tortillas in a dry pan or microwave.

Serve the sizzling mixture hot with warmed flour tortillas and lime wedges on the side.
