A popular Thai stir-fry with crispy chicken slices, crunchy cashews, and bell peppers in a sweet and savory sauce.

    Toss sliced chicken in flour to coat lightly.

    Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Fry chicken until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

    In the same pan, add garlic, dried chilies, and onion. Stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until onion softens.

    Add bell pepper and stir-fry for another minute.

    Return chicken to the pan along with the cashews.

    Stir in oyster sauce, soy sauce, and sugar.

    Toss everything well to coat with the sauce.
