A delicious vegetarian burger patty made from spiced chickpeas, fresh herbs, and garlic, drizzled with nutty tahini sauce.

In a food processor, combine chickpeas, parsley, chopped garlic, cumin, salt, and pepper.

Pulse until coarse but holding together. Transfer to a bowl and stir in flour to help bind.

Form the mixture into 4 patties. Refrigerate for 20 minutes to firm up.

Make the tahini sauce: Whisk together tahini, lemon juice, and a splash of cold water until smooth and creamy.

Heat a little oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry the patties for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.

Serve patties on buns with lettuce, tomato, and a generous drizzle of tahini sauce.
